447th Website Changes

As you can see, the 447th
website has a much different design than in the past,
however, the content is the
same.
Unfortunately,
David Warren is no longer able to continue working on the
website for the association. The 447th is very
appreciative to David for the work he started by giving
the association a presence on the internet. If it
would not have been for his work, many of the 2nd
generation members, (including the current webmaster),
would never have found the 447th Bomb Group Association.

8th Air Force Historical
Society Reunion
Savannah, Georgia
August 4-8, 2008

The reunion was well attended
largely due to its location in Savannah, Georgia the home of
the 8th Air Force Heritage Museum. In all there were
over 650 attendees representing both Fighter and Bomber
groups of the 8th Air Force.
